Your satisfaction is important to us. If, for any reason, you are unhappy with an item you purchased from Razberry Threads, please return it within 14 days of the date printed on your receipt. You must have a receipt to exchange any Regular priced item. We will gladly exchange your item(s).

Please note: All products must be returned in their original condition, unworn and unwashed with tags still attached.
Clearance merchandise is NOT eligible for return or exchange.
A copy of your receipt or your shipping invoice along with a note explaining the reason for the return needs to be included so we have information to process your exchange as quickly as possible.
Return shipping is NOT free. You must pay for the product to shipped back to our store.
The fastest way to make an exchange is to simply drop by our store with the items you don’t want and find something you like better.
If don’t live close by then the next fastest way, is to place a new order online or by phone at 828.275.9785 (ask to speak to Susan Weaver) and then return the item(s) you don’t want by mail.
We will need to charge you for your new item(s) BUT we will ship it to you as soon as possible – via USPS Priority Mail. Once we receive the item(s) you are returning, we will immediately credit you for the cost of the original item(s) (via the original form of payment).
If you are exchanging an item due to a mistake on the part of Razberry Threads or because of a quality issue, we will pay the shipping cost to send a replacement item to you! Simply contact our owner Susan Weaver at 828.275.9785. The replacement order will be sent via USPS Priority Mail.
